How to report an error
Use our contact page and choose “Correction request”. Include the article link, the passage you believe is wrong and, if possible, a source. We review every request.
How we correct
- Factual errors are corrected promptly. Where the error is significant, we add a note at the end of the article explaining what was changed and when.
- Minor fixes such as spelling, grammar or broken links may be made without a note.
- Updates: when information changes after publication, for example a product’s price or a regulatory deadline, we may update the article and show the updated date.
What we do not do
We do not quietly remove errors of substance without acknowledgment, and we do not remove articles to hide mistakes. Articles are removed only in rare cases, such as legal requirements or serious safety concerns.
